We focus on three key markets: Farm Trees, which include specialty timber for agroforestry, shelter, erosion control, and indigenous revegetation for landcare; Bush Tucker Plants, offering a selection of wild food species for home gardeners and commercial growers; and Landscaping Natives, supplying visually striking plants that create inspiring landscapes.
Originally established as a farm tree nursery in the Otways in 1975, we later relocated to Colac and, in 2005, launched Special Effects Nursery to expand our offerings to include specialty landscape and bush food plants.
Today, we grow plants in Hiko Trays for farm plantations, agroforestry, and landcare projects. Our landscape and bush food varieties are available in 7 cm and 14 cm pots, to cater to diverse planting needs.
